Are you a medical records system?
No. We only handle the administrative layer (booking / packages / payments / reminders) — we don’t store treatment notes or touch national health insurance records.
Is my client data safe?
Your data belongs only to you; deleting your account removes it.
Can clients pay by card online for packages?
We don’t process client card payments; collect payment however you already do, then log one entry in the system (this keeps us out of payment-compliance territory).
